  1. 3 cups white rice
  2. 1 qt. chicken or vegetable stock
  3. 1/2 onion, diced
  4. 2 tbsp. butter
  1. Place inner pot into the electric pressure cooker.
  2. Press Rice/Risotto button. Add butter and onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add rice and coat it in butter.
  4. Add chicken/vegetable stock.
  5. Place lid on cooker, lock lid and close the valve.
  6. Press warm/cancel button.
  7. Press Rice/Risotto button.
  8. Once timer has reached 0 and rice has finished cooking release valve to release steam.
  9. Remove lid and serve.
