Ingredients
  1. 8 - 10 potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 1 onion diced
  3. 3 to 5 cups of water
  4. 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  5. 1/2 tsp. garlic, diced
  6. 1/3 cup butter
  7. 12 oz can evaporated milk
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes, diced onion, water, bouillon cubes, butter and garlic in Instant Pot; stir.
  2. Cover, select Manual and adjust time to 20 minutes.
  3. Once finished turn valve to venting to release pressure.
  4. Add evaporated milk.
  5. Cover, set valve to sealing, select manual and set timer for 5 minutes.
Notes
  1. Serve with shredded cheese, bacon and green onions.

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups white rice
  2. 1 qt. chicken or vegetable stock
  3. 1/2 onion, diced
  4. 2 tbsp. butter
Instructions
  1. Place inner pot into the electric pressure cooker.
  2. Press Rice/Risotto button. Add butter and onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add rice and coat it in butter.
  4. Add chicken/vegetable stock.
  5. Place lid on cooker, lock lid and close the valve.
  6. Press warm/cancel button.
  7. Press Rice/Risotto button.
  8. Once timer has reached 0 and rice has finished cooking release valve to release steam.
  9. Remove lid and serve.

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs. Russet potatoes
  2. 1 – 1 ½ cups milk
  3. 1 Tablespoon butter
  4. salt
  5. pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel & wash potatoes.
  2. Cut each potato into large chunks.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to the bowl of the pressure cooker.
  4. Place potatoes in pressure cooker.
  5. Pressure cook on soup/stew for 7 minutes.
  6. Once pressure has been released, open the pressure cooker, remove potatoes and set aside.
  7. Heat milk in saucepan on the stove.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the milk. Heat milk to just below boiling (being careful not to scald)
  9. Mash potatoes gently by hand using a potato masher.
  10. Once potatoes have been mashed add part of the hot milk. (repeat until you have the desired consistency)
  11. Once complete add salt & pepper to taste.

Ingredients
  1. 4 cooked & shredded chicken breast
  2. 1/3 cup butter
  3. 1/3 cup flour
  4. 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
  5. 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Melt butter; stir in flour
  2. Cook string constantly until bubbly
  3. Remove from heat, stir in broth and milk (mix until smooth)
  4. Return to heat, boil 1 minute
  5. Stir in shredded chicken
  6. Pour into pie crust
  7. Bake 30-40 mins @350

Ingredients
  1. 8 - 10 potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  3. 1 onion diced
  4. 3 to 5 cups of water
  5. 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  6. 1 tsp dried parsley
  7. 1/2 tsp. garlic, diced
  8. 1/3 cup butter
  9. 12 oz can evaporated milk
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes, carrot and onion in slow cooker with remaining ingredients [except can milk]
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 - 12 hours or high setting for 4 to 5 hours. During last hour of cooking stir in evaporated milk.
Notes
  1. I leave out the carrot, parsley and garlic.

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  2. 1/4 cup honey
  3. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 cup old fashioned oats (not quick oats)
  6. 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly spray cookie sheet with Pam
  3. Combine peanut butter & honey
  4. Microwave for 20 seconds or until peanut butter is melted
  5. Stir in cinnamon & vanilla
  6. Add oats and pecans stirring well to cover oats completely
  7. Spread on cookie sheet
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and cool completely

  1. 1 bag microwave popcorn
  2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  3. 3 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 3 heaping tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
Instructions
  1. 1. Pop popcorn according to instructions
  2. 2. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan
  3. 3. Add Marshmallow Fluff to melted butter & sugar
  4. 4. Whisk together until combined
  5. 5. Pour marshmallow mixture over cooked popcorn & mix well
